About

Hi, my name is Kristen.  A Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) for over 15 years, my lifestyle wellness practice spans over 30 years, with early beginnings in the fitness industry.  Unable to ignore the tug on my heart to help others find long term health and wellness, I answered a calling to become a PA-C. The diversity of my medical experience has shown me the negative consequences of lifestyle habits on longterm health, especially in people who have experienced unresolved trauma and grief.

Resilience is our ability to recover quickly from difficult life situations that affect us emotionally, mentally, and sometimes even physically. Our level of resilience is determined by what we put our belief in, which in turn affects our health. I can understand how it feels to be overwhelmed and numbed by life, with no sense of meaning and purpose; even when life looks “good” or feels “ok” on the outside.  Maybe your life has gotten hard because of the weight of past grief and trauma that still feels fresh and impossible to overcome. I understand how that feels, and I’m here to tell you there is hope and healing.

The truth is, what’s in our hearts is what really matters.

True emotional freedom from the overwhelm and numbness you experience does exist.  You can be free from the chronic stress of emotional pain due to past grief and trauma. Once you are free, your health will unfold as you begin taking better care of yourself.  On the other side of pain is a life full of purpose and meaning, using the unique gifts your Creator gave you. On the other side of pain is peace, joy, fulfillment, and rest for your soul. It is my heartfelt hope to encourage you on your walk into wellness.
